REFUND POLICY – BIOTECH COLLECTIVE CORP
1. Overview:
Biotech Collective Corp. operates as a biotech consulting and research tools provider. All materials offered through our KT Collection division are designated Research Use Only and are intended solely for controlled scientific and laboratory investigation.
Due to the nature of these materials and strict safety standards, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.
2. ❌No Returns on Research Materials:
Because all research materials must remain within a controlled supply chain and cannot be resold, reconditioned, or restocked after leaving our facility, all sales of research-use-only materials are final.
We cannot accept returns for:
opened or unopened vials
research materials
digital products
scientific calculators/tools
educational content
laboratory-related items
consulting services
Once shipped, items cannot be returned for any reason, including:
misunderstanding of product purpose
incorrect ordering
unexpected research results
changes in research direction/request
personal preference
This is required to maintain compliance, safety, and material integrity.
3. 📦Order Issues & Damaged Shipments:
Although returns are not accepted, Biotech Collective Corp. will replace any order damaged in transit or incorrect items sent by our team.
We will provide a replacement only if:
the product arrived physically damaged, OR
the incorrect item was received.
To request a replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
order number
photos of shipping box
photos of the damaged or incorrect item
batch number (if visible)
Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed due to chain-of-custody requirements.
4. 🛑 No Refunds on Delivered Orders:
Refunds are not provided for:
research materials
delivered orders
digital tools or downloads
educational content
consulting services
change-of-mind situations
lack of expected research outcomes
All materials are not for human consumption, so no returns can be accepted once shipped.
5. 🧬 Cancellations (Before Shipment):
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, it becomes final and cannot be canceled or refunded.To request a cancellation, email us immediately at:

We cannot restock or resell returned materials
We cannot accept items that have left the controlled supply chain
