Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS.

📦 Shipping Method
Biotech Collective Corp. ships all orders using:
USPS Standard Shipping
This method includes standard transit times based on your location. Delivery times may vary due to USPS workload, weather, or regional delays. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

✉️ Tracking Information
Tracking is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
If no email is provided, tracking will NOT be sent.
Biotech Collective Corp. will not reach out individually to provide tracking numbers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address.
Once tracking has been issued, customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment’s progress through USPS.

🧍♂️ Customer Responsibility After Shipment
Once a package has been accepted by USPS:
Biotech Collective Corp. is not responsible for delivery delays, lost mail, mis delivery, or stolen packages.
Customers assume responsibility for tracking, delivery confirmation, and follow-ups with USPS.
USPS is the sole carrier responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses
Orders will be shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.
Biotech Collective Corp. is not responsible for:
packages delivered to the wrong address
delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
replacements or refunds for misaddressed shipments
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

📭 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If USPS marks your order as “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
Check with neighbors or your household members
Look around your property for alternate drop spots
Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number
File a missing mail search request with USPS if needed
Biotech Collective Corp. cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered, as USPS considers the delivery complete.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery:
support@biotech-collective.com

Include:
your order number
photos of the package
photos of the damaged or incorrect item
photos of the package slip located inside the package
We will assist with a replacement if eligible.
Requests after 48 hours cannot be processed due to chain-of-custody protocols.

⚠️ Compliance Notice
Biotech Collective Corp. provides research-use-only materials intended exclusively for laboratory investigation.
Proper handling and storage upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
